Jet Ski Repair

I also repair many jet skis, so many, that I have built a special device that I connect to the Jet Ski and I’m able to roll it around. I call it my Rotisserie device. Now I’m able to fiberglass the inside and outside of the Jet Ski at waist level. Trying to fiberglass a jet ski on a trailer is very difficult.Trying to get the fiberglass to stick to it upside down is even harder. It can be done but with more labor hours. Now I am able to hook up the device and flip it around to whatever side I’m working on. This saves many labor hours and in turn saves you money on doing the repair. Here is a set of repair photos showing a jet ski that was hit from behind. This customer was worried that it wasn’t going to look that good after the repair and that it wasn’t going to be that strong. I fiberglassed the rear section with all non-woven fiberglass and a high strength resin. When I completed the job the customer was very happy with the repair.
